My Healthy Adventure: Isagenix

I have accidentally embarked on a healthy adventure: Isagenix!  When I say accidentally, I mean that I have a close friend who started using Isagenix in November of last year and was losing weight.  I was interested in losing some weight so I thought I'd give it a try.  It took me several months to commit since I thought, at the time, that it was an expensive way for me to shed about 20 or so pounds but I bit the bullet and ordered it anyway.

I started using Isagenix in January of this year and even without being constantly strict, I have lost at least 14 pounds and more importantly, I've lost inches and at least a size!  The great thing about Isagenix weight loss is that when you reach your perfect weight and stay on the maintenance system you don't rebound.   I love the shakes so it won't be difficult for me to use them forever.

I have since found out that Isagenix is so much more than a weight loss system; it's a system to put your body in balance and the side benefit of that is weight loss if you have weight to lose.  I'm just learning more and more about it, but the more I learn the more I like it, and am discovering the health benefits of using Isagenix.

Since the Isagenix shakes are such perfect nutrition, I think they'll make the perfect 72 hour emergency kit food.  All I add is water and maybe it would be good to have some protein bars along with it.  Sounds perfect to me and so much easier than trying to figure out what to store.

*As a side note: my friend started using Isagenix to get rid of eczema as recommended by her dermatologist and it worked.

  1. HOw long did your friend use the program until she noticed a difference with her skin? I too am looking to get rid of ezcema on my hands with the program. Cleansing I think will help in the long run!
